Support

Real humans,
unusually close to the code

Everyone on the team reads support — the person answering your email can usually also fix the bug. Try the quick fixes below first; most issues resolve in under a minute.

Faster replies: include the workspace name, the board, and roughly when it happened. Screenshots beat descriptions.

Fix it in
under a minute

The eight issues behind most support email — each with the actual explanation, not a canned apology.

My generation seems stuck
Video can genuinely take a few minutes — Veo and Kling jobs are minutes-long renders, not API calls. Beyond that: every generation is a durable job on our side, so refreshing the page is always safe. It never cancels, duplicates, or re-charges a job; the placeholder re-attaches to the running job and resolves when it finishes. If a job sits over 15 minutes it will resolve to either done or failed — and failed jobs release their credits automatically.
I was charged credits for something that failed
You shouldn’t be — failed jobs release their credit hold automatically, usually within a minute. Check your credit history in account settings: a failed job shows a hold and a matching release. If you find one without a release, that’s a bug we want to hear about — email billing with the ledger entry.
My daily free credits didn't show up
The daily 100 refill lazily — they’re applied on your first action of the day rather than at midnight. Generate anything (or just reload the dashboard) and the balance updates. Also remember each workspace has its own balance: check that you’re looking at the workspace you’re generating in.
An image or video won't load / shows a broken link
Media is served on signed URLs that expire after 7 days — a link copied out of the app (or a stale tab) eventually goes dark. The asset itself is safe in your library. Refresh the board and fresh URLs are minted automatically; for anything you need to keep outside MediaMint, download the original from the library instead of copying its link.
My share link stopped working
Share links die when someone with access revokes them — that’s the feature. Any workspace owner or admin can have done it. Re-publish the board to get a new link. If the board itself was deleted, the link is gone for good.
The model refused my prompt
Providers run their own content filters on top of our acceptable use policy, and they occasionally catch borderline-but-fine prompts (medical imagery and combat-adjacent action are common false positives). Rephrasing usually gets through, or try a different model — filters differ. Refused jobs are never charged.
A teammate can't see our board
Boards live in workspaces, and access follows membership — check they accepted the invite andthat they’re in the right workspace (the switcher is at the top of the dashboard). Invite links expire after 7 days; send a fresh one if theirs is old.
I want a refund
Credits spent on completed generations aren’t refundable — compute is consumed the moment a job runs. Subscriptions cancel any time from account settings and run to the end of the paid period. If something on our side went wrong — double charge, billing error, a systemic failure that ate credits — email billing and we’ll make it right.
