Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

MediaMint exists for creative work. This policy draws the lines: what you may not create with our AI tools, and how you may not use the platform. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use MediaMint to create, upload, store, or share:

  • Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualizes minors — real, generated, or stylized. Zero tolerance: we terminate accounts and report to the relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery — sexual or intimate depictions of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including AI-generated ones.
  • Deceptive impersonation — synthetic media of a real person presented as authentic without their consent, including voice clones and deepfakes intended to mislead, defraud, or defame.
  • Harassment and hate — content that harasses, threatens, or degrades a person, or promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Incitement and dangerous content — content that incites violence or provides instructions for serious harm, such as weapons of mass destruction.
  • Fraud and deception — scams, phishing material, fake documents or credentials, or disinformation intended to deceive (including about elections or civic processes).
  • Infringing content— material that violates someone else’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Illegal content of any other kind under applicable law.

2. Prohibited use of the platform

You also may not:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit metering, or safety filters — ours or a model provider’s — or create multiple accounts to farm free credits.
  • Scrape the service, or access it by automated means outside any documented API.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share account access; or resell credits.
  • Upload malware or use the service to distribute it.
  • Interfere with other users’ work — including vandalizing shared workspace boards.

3. Synthetic media disclosure

Where you publish AI-generated media of realistic people or events outside MediaMint, you are responsible for complying with applicable disclosure laws and platform rules about labeling synthetic media. Don’t present generated content as authentic recordings of real events.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, revoke share links, suspend generation, or terminate accounts that violate this policy — immediately and without refund of credits for serious violations, with notice where practicable for the rest. Upstream model providers apply their own content filters; a model refusing a prompt is not a service defect. We report content where the law requires it.

5. Reporting

If you find content on MediaMint that violates this policy — for example via a public share link — report it to abuse@mediamint.app with the link and a short description. For copyright complaints, see the process in our Terms of Service.
