Getting started

1. 1Create an account with email or Google/GitHub. No card — every account starts with 100 free credits a day.
2. 2Land on the dashboard: your boards, recent generations, and workspaces all live here.
3. 3Open a new chat. Every chat gets its own board — an infinite canvas where the media you generate in that conversation appears.
4. 4Type what you want to make. The assistant picks a fitting model, shows you the credit cost, and drops the result onto the board.

Chats & boards

A board is where a project actually lives: every render sits next to the prompt that made it and the versions that came before. Pan and zoom freely, drag items anywhere, and arrange takes side by side to compare. Boards are per-chat, so each conversation is its own tidy project — and you can keep as many going as you like.

Boards restore exactly as you left them. Your layout is cached locally for instant loading and synced to the server, so refreshing, switching devices, or coming back a week later puts every item where you had it.

Generating media

MediaMint runs the leading models for images (Flux, GPT Image, Nano Banana, Recraft), video (Veo, Kling, Seedance, Hailuo), and audio (ElevenLabs speech and music, Stable Audio) — the full roster with strengths and prices is in the model directory. Two ways to use them:

• Auto (recommended). Describe the result; the assistant routes your prompt — text-heavy designs to GPT Image, photoreal finals to Flux Pro, edits to Nano Banana, cinematic motion to Kling — and asks about settings that matter, like duration and aspect ratio.
• Manual. Pick the exact model and settings yourself when you know precisely what you want.

To edit or remix an existing image, attach it (or drag it from the board) and describe the change — edit-capable models take reference images. For video, you can start from a still: generate the frame you want, then animate it with an image-to-video model.

Credits & costs

One balance covers every model. A credit is a fixed slice of real compute cost, so prices scale with the ask: a draft image is ~2 credits, a premium 8-second video with audio ~1,600. Every generation shows its cost before it runs — no surprises. Your balance has three layers:

• Daily (free): 100 credits, refreshed every day, in every workspace. They reset rather than accumulate.
• Monthly (plans): Starter, Pro, and Ultimate load your personal workspace each billing month.
• Top-ups: one-time packs that never expire. Spending order is daily → monthly → top-up, so nothing expiring is ever wasted while something permanent is spent.

If a generation fails, its hold is released automatically — you are only charged for jobs that finish.

Asset library

Everything you generate or upload lands in your library, stored at original quality on Backblaze B2. From the library you can:

• Browse by board, type, or tag — tag assets to build your own taxonomy.
• Drag any asset onto a canvas to reuse it — as a reference for an edit, a start frame for video, or just to arrange a moodboard.
• Download originals at full quality, on every plan including free.

Workspaces & collaboration

Workspaces separate projects, clients, or teams. Each has its own boards, its own members, and — importantly — its own credit balance, so one project’s spend never drains another’s. You always have a personal workspace (that’s the one your subscription funds); create more for each client or team.

2. 2Invite people by link. Assign roles: owner (billing & members), admin(members & settings), editor(create & generate).
3. 3Work together live: everyone sees the same board, with live cursors and presence. A render one person starts appears for the whole room.
4. 4Fund it: the workspace gets its own free 100/day, and you can top it up or move credits from another workspace at any time.

Sharing your work

Publish any board to a public link for review — viewers need no account, see the board read-only, and can play every clip. Revoke the link at any time and it stops working immediately. For hand-off, download originals from the library instead; share links are for review, not delivery.

Plans & billing

Compare plans on the pricing page. Billing is handled by Stripe from your account settings: upgrade, downgrade, buy top-ups, or cancel — upgrades apply immediately, cancellation at the end of the paid period, after which you drop back to the free daily allowance and keep access to everything in your library. Your credit history is itemized in account settings, per workspace.

Troubleshooting

• A generation looks stuck. Video jobs can take a few minutes. Jobs are durable — refreshing is always safe and never loses or double-charges a job.
• A media file won’t load. Usually an expired signed link — refresh the page and fresh links are minted.
• Daily credits didn’t appear. The daily 100 refill on your first action of the day — generate anything and the balance updates.
• A model refused a prompt. Providers apply their own content filters on top of our acceptable use policy. Rephrasing usually resolves borderline refusals; you are not charged for refused jobs.
