What is a credit, exactly?
One balance that covers every model. Each generation costs credits based on what it actually takes to run — a quick draft image costs a fraction of a 4K video with audio, so you only pay for what you ask for.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Every workspace gets 100 credits a day, free, with no card required. They reset each day, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing to lose if you skip a week.
Do my credits expire?
It depends where they came from. The free daily allowance resets every day. Plan credits refresh each billing month. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire and stack on top of whatever else you have.
Which models can I use?
All of them, on every paid plan — image, video, audio and 3D from the leading providers. You can pick a specific model, or leave it on Auto and MediaMint routes each prompt to the one best suited to it.
Can I use what I generate commercially?
Work you generate is yours to use, including commercially. Individual model providers attach their own terms, so anything with unusual restrictions is flagged on the model itself before you run it.
How does billing work for a team?
Every workspace carries its own credit balance, so a client project can't quietly drain another's budget. Your subscription funds your main workspace, and you can move credits between workspaces whenever you need to.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Any time, from billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately; if you cancel you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop back to the free daily allowance.
Where is my work stored?
Everything you generate is stored on Backblaze B2 and stays in your asset library, organised by board. You can download originals at full quality at any time.
